Dem presidential candidate and top aides signed NDAs warning against 'negligent handling' of classified information.
As the nation's chief diplomat, Hillary Clinton was responsible for ascertaining whether information in her possession was classified and acknowledged that "negligent handling" of that information could jeopardize national security, according to a copy of an agreement she signed upon taking the job.
A day after assuming office as secretary of state, Clinton signed a Sensitive Compartmented Information Nondisclosure Agreement that laid out criminal penalties for "any unauthorized disclosure" of classified information.
Experts have guessed that Clinton signed such an agreement, but a copy of her specific contract, obtained by the Competitive Enterprise Institute through an open records request and shared with the Washington Free Beacon, reveals for the first time the exact language of the NDA.
"I have been advised that the unauthorized disclosure, unauthorized retention, or negligent handling of SCI by me could cause irreparable injury to the United States or be used to advantage by a foreign nation," the agreement states.

Too bad a liberal debate moderator won’t bring this issue up. Guess there won’t be time among all the ‘what’s your favorite color’ Hillary type questions.
And THIS.. is the core of the whole matter. Hillary can NOT use the excuse the documents weren’t marked, because as an Original Classifying Authority, she was REQUIRED to review and establish classification of any document that bore original or derivative Confidential, Secret, Top Secret or TS-SCI information.
Though she’s well protected and never will face prosecution, anyone who IS subject to prosecution would’ve been hung out to dry by now.
Another piece of evidence on the mountain that proves she is a stone liar.
But why would any cabinet level official even need a briefing, a reminder, or an agreement? Wouldn’t that person know all comminucations were classified until explicitly declared otherwise?
I ask the same question over and over: is an individual with such reckless disregard for secrets and the truth fit to become commander in chief of the military?

As OCA, she was responsible for the Security Classification Guide. It was her responsibility. The “buck” stops with her. Also,someone took classified material from a classified system and, after stripping classification information, moved it to an unclassified system. This seems to have been done willfully and with disregard to law. There are numerous people who should be “burned” for this. The only way for her to get the punishment she deserves is to track this back to Obama which will require him to throw her under the bus.

My dream would be to have Hillary caught breaking a law signed by her dirtbag husband. That would be truly karma in action.
...Which would result in her telling all she knows in order to keep her wrinkled self out of jail. That would indeed put it all back on Obama... ergo, he will instruct the AG NOT to prosecute. Too much is left to the integrity of this administration and no one within it has any.
Her attorney says she assumed the emails were not secure because she received them on her private email. This, notwithstanding it was the only email service she used.
Not that Herself doesn’t know what the penalties are, Herself is betting that no one will ever bring formal charges.
As of now, that is still a safe bet. For sure, nobody in the Current Regime is considering any such action.

Whether it singed an NDA or not, does not prevent the requirements to be adhered to, and the penalties for non-compliance not enforced.
This is minutia, that is irrelevent. It BROKE THE LAW. IT BELONGS IN PRISON, NOT THE WHITE HOUSE !!!
She may be having a meeting with Vince Foster soon. Perhaps she is expecting another stroke. Can’t let the info hit the light of day.
Hillary will say the NDA was not enforceable because she was drunk when she signed it.
And it was she who made the decision to bypass, dare I say “ignore,” the process and at the risk the security of the United States create her own homegrown email server. Most likely to be able to hide communications that might hurt her.
She owns this and no one else.
Go to jail.
Go directly to jail.
Do not pass “Go”.
Do not collect two billion dollars.
What’ll end up happening is Huma, who has said she would even so much as “die” for Hillary, will end up taking the blame for everything, serve a “sentence” of a few months in a posh, minimum-security facility, and we’ll all be told, “See? Justice was done... now let’s move on.”
