Officials in the Township High School District change names, genders, and pronouns for transgender students on school records, and allow those students to use the bathrooms of the gender with which they identify, as well as play on the sports teams for that gender.Wow, that's a crazy thing. So if you're not good enough to make the boy's varsity team, you can leverage your weight/height/strength advantage by pretending to be a female. This is going to anger the marginal girl players who may be looking to the sports teams for financial assistance in college.

I noticed that the large majority of comments at the Yahoo article agree that this is a disgusting travesty of a court ruling. I just can’t understand all this accommodation and handwringing for such a minuscule segment of the population. This country has gone insane.

The student filed a complaint with the Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights in 2013 At whose prompting? I seriously doubt the "student" came up with this on HIS own....

Why are they not countering with rape stats? If these are intact males, letting them use girls/women locker rooms or bathrooms is asking for rapes to happen.
