The video isn’t very good, but from the way she was dressed, it might not have been possible to identify her race until she turned around AFTER she had been stopped.

Look.. walking in the middle of the road waving your hands when you got a perfectly good sidewalk right next to you for pedestrian traffic .. you do look like the crazy homeless person... at the very least, a cop is probably going to stop you to make sure you’re OK

I went to the link, clicked to play the video and a short while later, Waterfox browser popped up a window reporting a non-responsive script on the page, and Waterfox then locked up. I had to quit Waterfox.
I think that website is doing some stuff that isn’t kosher.
