Frankly, I'm not worried about anything. . . there's not much that could get through OS X's built-in protections without warning the user, not with the pop-up you're seeing on FR windows, but a system warning about downloading something.

I also have a great deal of confidence that JR and his staff will find the problem links that are creating this issue and remove them, request a resurveyed from Google, which will remove the warning and all will be well in Freepworld again. It's just going to take some time to locate them.
