Hillary Clinton admitted to the House Select Committee on Benghazi on Thursday evening that she broke the law in handling security for the U.S. consulate there.

Under patient but persistent questioning from Rep. Susan Brooks (R-IN, Clinton admitted that she had not signed a waiver for security arrangements on the site, as required by the Secure Embassy Construction and Counterterrorism Act of 1999 (SECCA), 22 USC, 4865 2(B)(ii).

Clinton admitted failing to comply with the law in the following exchange:

I guess felonies only count if you’re a regular person or a Republican, huh? Not if you’re a Clinton.

It’s like Obama admitting he didn’t have the power to do some of the things he wanted to do ... but then saying “To hell with it: and going ahead and issuing the EOs.

He knew the GOP-e would just grumble, then submit. Ryan will just submit.
Submit? Ryan will get the `Cheap Labor Express’ high-balling!

This issue really irked me when Benghazi happened. The WH and Hillary kept saying “the Consulate” .. but all the info I found said the building where Stevens and Smith were staying .. DID NOT CONFORM TO “Consulate” STANDARDS.

Then, I found out that Stevens was running guns .. so I’m convinced that Hillary lied about not supplying guns to some unidentified group. But, there was a Turkish man meeting with Stevens just before the attack, and I was told that he was the person who was making arrangements to get the guns. The weapons were left over from Libya’s storehouse of weapons .. I believe .. they had originally been supplied by the USA.

I was told the Turkish man was making arrangements to transport guns to Syria .. a charge Hillary has just denied tonight. And, what always seemed weird to me was that the moment the Turkish guy left the compound, that’s when the attack started.

Was it related to the Turkish guy ..?? or was it related to Syria ..?? I never have been able to find out.

If you arrange for them to attack the compound and take the weapons then there is no record of you giving them the weapons.

With tomorrow being Friday, I would not expect the committee to bring charges against Clinton. But by Tuesday, Hillary should be facing charges.

Best of all, Biden says he won’t run!

That leaves the Dems with only Sanders.

This is great!

So you send your ambassador out house hunting in a hostile country? So how long does he have to stay in the place to determine its suitable and safe enough before it can qualify as suitable for national interest before you have to waive security requirements?

And just for good measure you ignore his repeated requests for more security.

Clinton logic at its best.

It was all done for some Sidney Blumenthal oil or land deal.

We also wanted our guns and bombs back.

It took three years for her to confirm what Nordstrum testified to...

Blow-by-Blow: How Obama & Hillary Left Americans to Die

"Nordstrom further testified in writing that Hillary Clinton waived security requirements for the Benghazi consulate despite high and critical threat levels in the six categories of security standards established under the Overseas Security Policy Board and the Secure Embassy Construction and Counterterrorism Act of 1999. The waiver can only be authorized by the Secretary of State, who cannot delegate that responsibility to someone else. ”If the Secretary of State did not waive these requirements, who did so by ordering occupancy of the facilities in Benghazi and Tripoli?” Nordstrom wrote."

This woman is a criminal. she has so many felonies racked up that if they would really prosecute he they probably wouldn’t know where to start.

God help us if the morons in this country actually vote her in. All of the elected officials that have commited crimes will look like amateurs next to the crime wave that will take over this country when she becomes president.
