Yep, Donald is breaking all the rules. Donald looks a lot like America’s answer, short of shooting war (which would be harder to win today than it would have been during the Civil War) to a renegade administration that has broken all the rules and a feckless Congress that won’t or can’t do anything about it.

Elite support matters because they have the ability to shape public opinion through endorsements, public criticism and other means.

To the GOPe elites:

Remember 2006, you sobs.

You don’t really think screaming bile at anyone who doesn’t worship Cruz as you do, is an effective debate tactics do you?

You know who Trump is starting to remind me of?

Secretariat at the Belmont Stakes and the third leg of the triple crown. Those that know, know what I’m talking about.

The more “THE ELITES” run their corrupt, mealy-mouths, the more “ordinary” people like Trump. F the elites.

1988...Robertson finishes 2nd in Iowa. Outsider, yes, but didn’t lead in the national polls like Trump has. Dole puts up a challenge before Bush 41 takes over.

1992...Buchanan puts up a stronger challenge than expected vs. Bush 41.

1996..OK, maybe Steve Forbes is somewhat like Trump (never held office)...for that matter Buchanan hadn’t either. Bob Dole eventually takes over.

2000...Bush dominates with a mild challenge from McCain.

2007...Giuliani led in many polls
2008...Huckabee wins Iowa, Romney does well before McCain takes over.

2012...Santorum, Gingrich, Paul do well before Romney takes over.

David needs the updated version of Rules of The Game.
The old one doesn’t account for a Trump factor.

It appears disfranchised blacks are breaking free of the Democrat juggernaut and are aligning with TRUMP. This may be a real game changer in the primaries and the general election.

Screw the media; screw the inside the Beltway elites; and screw the GOPe. I’m casting my vote for Donald Trump whom I believe will be the next President of the United States. The more I see the absolute fear and sheer panic in the press and on television as well as blog posts, the more cemented my vote is for Trump. And guess what I’m far from alone in feeling this way!

Unprecedented. That is fine with me in this instance. The world is a much different place and convention is the unconventional. Let it go our way for once.

He’s got a good point. How could we possibly know who to vote for without help from the party’s elites, donors, media figures, politicians and others. We’re so lucky to have them!

The article is correct in saying that the elites nominate the candidate. But that is in history. The voters in 2015-16 are more angry than in recent history. The article completely ignores the anger factor among republican voters.

Democrat voters are not as angry, but many are not happy what Obama has given them.

Here are the top issues that have Americans worried:

54% - The availability and affordability of healthcare
53% - The economy
51% - The possibility of future terrorist attacks in U.S.
46% - The Social Security system
46% - The size and power of the federal government
46% - The way income and wealth are distributed in U.S.
43% - Hunger and homelessness
43% - Crime and violence
39% - Illegal immigration
38% - Drug use
37% - Unemployment

Middle class democrats have also suffered in context of above issues.

Frankly, we in the real world believe Trump has every opportunity to win the Presidency. Just as every other candidate standing on stage. The fact is the man is not dropping out and going nowhere else. Just because you wish it does not guarantee you will see it happen. To beat the man and be the last man standing would be to work hard, long hours and doing more than any other to make it happen. Doubt that many would care to make the commitment. Donald continues to do so day after day. Oblivious to the naysayers who attempt to swat him down. Dream On...and grow up. There is no fairy princess or tooth fairy in the real world.

I STAND WITH DONALD TRUMP! I STAND WITH ISRAEL!

Everyone says Donald Trump can’t win. Exactly why not?

No one knows, just like "Assad must go" but no one knows why (one of Lindsey Graham's meaningless rhetoric).

Trump is foe to the Beltway, media, DNC and RNC.

I like him for that reason alone, and because he is putting his own money on the line. What’s not to like about that?

Then again, I think we could use Ray Donovan as POTUS. God knows we need someone who’ll get in the mud and yank. Being above it all or legalistic can go to an AG...or, please God, SCOTUS.

Is Cruz purer? Yes. I don’t, however, think he can win. I’d like him to be Grand Vizier.
