Obama is not bound by treaty, law, or honor.
Its not a treaty or an executive agreement and cannot be enforced by the courts.
Only treaties are the supreme law of the land.
Of course Obama and Kerry knew ahead of time, if they had to submit the Iran nuclear deal as a treaty, the Senate would never have ratified it.
So that’s why they drafted it as they did. Its now too late to fix that mistake.

Don’t know where our great peoples’ defenders-—McCain, Graham, Peter King, Paul Ryan, et al.-—where they are on issues like this.
Immigration, amnesty, a filthy, lying, destructive health care program...and now treachery against the nation. But not a peep out of those who are always telling us how stupid and disloyal we are.

Those running for president can state their positions. All they have to do is state that this is not a treaty and that they won’t be breaking the law.
In less than 500 days, the obama-iran deal is over.
The Iranians don’t even really want it. They are going to do what they want regardless of some papers that Obama and Kerry waive around.
I think the truth might be in who gets a large cut of that frozen 100 billion. I bet Obama, the Democrat Party and a lot of establishment Republicans will see a nice chunk of it.
Sadly, not enough people understand the treaty process and if they did they’d be scared s**tless. Remember the old sign it before you see what’s in it crap? So do ‘they’ come up with some bs Memorandum of Understanding or something to cover their collective butts instead? Clever bastard eh?
