Sorry you’re not on board anymore, but Cruz is going to win the nomination.
I seriously doubt it. He has zero appeal and has taken some seriously bad positions and is now building up a string of failures—which conservative martyrs might like but I suspect the general public use to dismiss him. He’s consistently polling down at 5% or thereabouts. No, he’s lost already.
Stop buy in to the fabricated polls run by liberals.
Cruz is perfectly positioned for when Trump flames out.
You say you gave Cruz “hundreds”, which I highly doubt, so I would think you wouldn’t be bad mouthing him so much.
I think you’re a subversive myself. Probably a democrat.
Cute. I don’t need to prove myself. If you have time on your hands, you can go back to the day Cruz announced and find that I noted donations and encouraged others to do the same. I clearly supported Cruz then and over the subsequent weeks, maybe about 2+ months. As his games on amnesty (wouldn’t answer about what to do with illegal aliens in the U.S.) and his H1B position (noted by CW if I recall correctly), I fell out of favor. By the time his trade and then Iran hypocrisy became apparent, I had given up on him entirely. I moved from Cruz to Trump, to the point where I do not even see Cruz as a viable VP, not this election cycle. He’d be perfect for AG, even Supreme Court. Overall, I’m bothered by his failures and alienation on Capital Hill. He proving to be a good martyr, which excites the base (maybe you), but I want a winner that can seize the opportunity and win. This election cycle that is Trump. I may not agree with all his positions, he’s evolved and has a really long history of generally conservative positions. Bottom line, though, Trump is 100% American, he believes in American exceptionalism, he won’t take BS from anyone, and now cowering to be PC. No one owns him. I trust Trump to do right for America. And after Obama, that counts more than any other individual topic out there.
