The marginalization of Christianity is on a runaway train in America. Wichita State University renovated its chapel to accommodate Muslims. In the process, Christian-related objects were removed. The backlash was furious.
In May, workers removed Christian items like the pews, and the altar .. which have been given the boot. And that has not set well with alumni…many of whom are donors to the University. Chairs have been set up to replace the pews and make room for Muslim prayer rugs.
If they wanted to provide a place for Muslims, why didn’t they just give them a separate place? Because Muslims want dominance.
The School’s Student Body President is claiming “islamophobia” at the people who are upset. The school administration received such a backlash over the decision to change the chapel that now they are reviewing their plans.
“Under the terms of Mrs. Harvey D. Grace’s gift to the university in her will, ‘This chapel will be open to all creeds and to all races of people.’ Our goal should be exactly what Mrs. Grace set out to do in her gift, to have an all faiths chapel that is welcoming to all religious groups on campus.” WSU President John Bardo

WSU is normally somewhat sane, other than the refusal to reinstate the football program.

Listen especially to the mother’s words starting around the 2:50 minute mark. She talks about how the “ISIS” that attacked and killed her children were their own Muslim neighbors, whom they ate with, laughed with, and even provided educational and medical service to.

In another horrific story, a Christian pastor recalled that a family of Muslims expressed what he thought was a sincere interest in Christianity. The pastor thought they were his friends in Christ....but it was all an act.
He later discovered the smiling friends were calculatedly learning all about his activities so they could get the opportunity to kill him.

Political correctness is giving the country away. Don’t forget the quran, the muslim guidebook, says we infidels need to convert to their religion or be killed. That doesn’t seem to bother the progressive liberals who are more than willing to help.

of beheading and the media will totally comply with whatever
the Muslims want. Islam is an ideology disguised as a religion and should be banned in this country.
I wager that Mrs. Grace was thinking of any Christian faith, since she financed a “CHAPEL”. There is no such thing as a chapel in other religions, but all Christian denominations understand what a chapel is.

Well that does not mean that the chapel should be CHANGED to accommodate those other creeds and races. Mrs Grace wanted all people to use the chapel EXACTLY AS IT IS.
I really wonder how much longer the Lord will tarry here?
