During an interview with ABC News, Hillary Clinton apologized for using a private e-mail server during her time as secretary or state. Here are past statements where the presidential hopeful neglected to take personal responsibility for the controversy. (The Washington Post) After several weeks of relative dormancy, the story of Hillary Clinton's private e-mail server surged back into the news Tuesday night, with a trio of stories that suggest things are going to get worse before they get better (if they get better) for the former secretary of state's 2016 campaign.
Here's what we learned:
1. The State Department has, on the record, disputed Clinton's claim that her handing over of her e-mails was standard operating procedure, according to reporting from The Washington Post. In fact, State contacted Clinton in the summer of 2014 upon learning that she had exclusively used a private server to conduct business during her time as the nation's top diplomat. Asked about the discrepancy in Iowa on Tuesday night, Clinton told the Des Moines Register: "I don't know that. I can't answer that."
2. The FBI has succeeded in recovering work and personal e-mails from Clinton's server. That raises at least the possibility that the 50 percent of her e-mails that Clinton deleted as private could be combed through to ensure that the judgments made by her lawyers were the right ones.

Seems like Obama has made the decision (or whoever handles him) to cut her loose and stop obstructing investigation.
With more and more upbeat news from media about Biden, things aren’t looking good for her at all.
She HAS committed numerous criminal offenses - there isn’t any doubt about that, and without protection from the White House, she is in real jeopardy. The first sign of her defeat is when you hear Loretta Lynch start speaking publically about the matter.

Honestly, she is so beatable that I want her to get the nod from her party and let the legal stuff drag through to the election.

I know how WE feel about him, but just with their base of people with their hands out, feminists, illegal immigrant supporters, unions, gays, they start off with a pretty fair percentage of the vote.

No, I don’t think it will even come to indictment for anything. She’ll be told in no uncertain terms to depart and retire. If she doesn’t then she’s DoJ bait.
While I think jail time (with SS occupying a breakroom nearby) is what justice demands, the thought of the derailment of her life’s dream for complete power would greatly satisfy me personally.
I guess we’ll all see sometime after Thanksgiving when Slo-Joe is supposed to make a commitment to run or not.
If we know one thing about her, she ain’t going to take this happily. She is vengeful, petty and will not hesitate to sell ANYONE out. The half breed and the Wookie are letting hatred for the Clintons obscure this fact.
Well, you’re right about Biden. They will have to pull out all the stops for him if Hillary drops out. Besides his negatives, I think his problem would be money.
He just hasn’t spent enough time to amass what it is going to take. Hillary has pretty much sucked up all the air in that regard with her campaign and with CFF. That would mean there’d have to be some donors taking back money from Clinton PACs or her and that is something she will never allow.
She is used to the power of the Presidency, Senate and Cabinet. She has none of these any more save whatever false impressions she and her minions portray as extant.
IOW, her bark is worse than her bite now. Sure, there’s likely dirt to be had on Obama and many others. But he also still has the machine to confront it - she doesn’t.
What must be giving Hillary the mother of all migraine headaches is the fact that Pravda New York and Pravda Washington are covering her nefarious activities.

Well, she apologized didn’t she? I think I’ll go break the law and when I get arrested, I’ll apologize and see how far it gets me.
Then she’ll “suspend her campaign for health reasons” and Uncle Joe will arrive on the scene in timely fashion to encourage the faithful in the DNC.
It won’t happen. She will be indicted before years end, she faces a hostile Obama administration. They are clearing the decks for Elizabeth Warren. Mark my words.
I have never like Hillary, but I can't do cartwheels of joy over this. It takes our focus off the present evil day and distracts us into a soap opera. Hussein does not want her nominated, and he set the dogs of the FBI after her. Plain and simple. But the real evil in our nation thrives. I see no reason to celebrate.
Hillary may want to consider winding this thing up. She is sure to get a better deal from Lynch than Trump’s AG.
That’s my guess, too.
If that’s true, I would hope she would unload the stuff from behind the scenes. All over the news.

To me, there seems little doubt they were all complicit in covering up Benghazi, telling a lie to the nation and stealing the election.
Plea bargain offer from Trump’s AG: “plead guilty.”
The only problem I see is that the truly-responsible parties, Obama and Jarrett, get to skate.
