Sunday evening I was at the deli in one of the Boca stores and couldn’t believe how slow and disinterested they were. About 8:00pm . . . 10 of us waiting and two of the three behind the counter were processing the phone-in orders and ignoring those of us standing in line.
That is when you call the Manager and tell him or her, “If they worked for me, they would be paid up to the minute and escorted from the building.”
If you send a letter to Management, they may crack the whip

Yep. It’s gotten horrible. The only way to get service is to do your order online. Management has obviously told them to do online orders first.
