The state legislators could vote her out of office with an emergency bill if they wanted.

That is appeasement of the Homo Nazis. They can vote the state out of issuing Marriage Licenses, as did Oklahoma. That tells the HomoNazis and the Federal Courts to Go F*** themselves.

They can’t fire her. It’s an elected position. They can impeach hr but the Legislature isn’t in session.

I'm sure there are provisions to recall the Legislature for an emergency session. Many states can do this, I would assume Kentucky could do this.

Republicans will do absolutely nothing. They are like the Germans who quietly ate their potatoes and sausages while outside their doors, the Jews in the boxcars trundled to the ovens. Where is the Christian group courageous enough to release an ad that exposes America’s “War on Christians?” It is easy to find evidence for that war in these last days.

Maybe if KY didn’t have such a weaselly governor. But we do, sadly.

If the legislature wants to impeach her, let them. The judge is afraid they won’t.

Kentucky Constitutional Amendment 1[1] of 2004, is an amendment to the Kentucky Constitution that makes it unconstitutional for the state to recognize or perform same-sex marriages or civil unions. The referendum was approved by 75% of the voters.[2]

The text of the amendment states:

Only a marriage between one man and one woman shall be valid or recognized as a marriage in Kentucky. A legal status identical or substantially similar to that of marriage for unmarried individuals shall not be valid or recognized.[3]

“What law? The supreme court doesn’t make law.”

You forgot the /s.

Chief “Justice” John Roberts with his illegally adopted children from Ireland and the other USSC “justices” MAKE law.

Jorge Ramos believes that it’s his duty to MAKE news....

I think I just heard on the radio that there is a growing gathering in protest to support the clerk.

The USSC said “the Court, in this decision, holds same-sex couples may exercise the fundamental right to marry in all States.” Since when is there a fundamental right to legal recognition of any grouping of persons assembled for whatever reason?

The USSC has rendered meaningless the word “marriage”.

Suppose a group of persons decides to “marry” each other and that group of persons is 10,000 individuals. What do you think about that?

This brave lady is doing it for God, the noblest of all wars.

The trouble is, she'll be dropped into a dark hole of a prison and forgotten. The MSM will not talk about her. She'll become a non-person. Disappeared.

This is a warning shot to the public that Fedgov will throw you in jail at their whim, without trial, if you cross them. We're about two-degrees of separation away from being put in cattle cars and all disappeared.

They want to make an example of her as a threat to anyone else who might object.

We let government in on it when we allowed the 16th amendment to be put into effect, and when it made a difference legally and financially who is considered “legally” married.

I guess I see your point here.

I am personally not trying to say that they have authority to fire.

Am trying to say in general an organization may claim grounds to fire someone if they aren’t acting by the organization’s rules.

Realize everything starts getting dicey here.

Certainly don’t think they have the grounds to take her to jail while not having the grounds to fire her.

That said I think you are making a good point here and (slash) or asking a valid question.

I don’t know what it’s going to take for people to realize this ain’t the America of our fathers:

Planned Parenthood.

Gay Marriage - Or Else.

Open Borders/Demographic Destruction of America.

Destruction of the US Military.

Nationalization of State and Local Police forces.

Nationalization of the Medical Industry.

Spiraling national debt.

The Uniparty.

Media as propaganda arm of Government.

I no longer pledge allegiance to this country. I am in rebellion.
