Birthright citizenship simply does not exist.

It does in our laws and there are millions of people who have gained citizenship this way. They exist.

They do not exist.

Their “citizenship” is imaginary, as the 14th amendment requires that their parents be here legally, and the 14th has never been repealed. It remains in full force.
