The news coverage of Hillary Rodham Clinton is very telling at the moment as the Democratic presidential forerunner faces inquiries about her private email system while she was secretary of state, amid some unstable favorability numbers. “Even though most voters feel Clinton’s intentions may have been acceptable, a majority (52 percent) say that her emails should be subject to a criminal investigation for the potential release of classified material.

Mrs. Clinton’s “intentions” were/are irrelevant. The mishandling of classified information thru negligence is still a crime. That said, Mrs. Clinton was operating in her usual sneaky, secretive mode while mixing the People’s business with her private, fundraising & political activities. She has no personal or professional ethics and is constantly treading the line of illegality.
Since when do the elites care what the peasants want? If we showed up on their doorsteps with torches and pitchforks, or better yet, rifles, they might care. But we’re busy with sports, video games, television and paying our bills. They have nothing to worry about.

I’m beginning to think she will not walk. Once a political issue finally moves into the legal system, as the Clinton email server has, it moves forward with an independent logic. The FBI is now involved and Director Comey has a good reputation he will want to maintain:

What the “majority of Americans” want hasn’t really mattered much in the last 6+ years.
That’s well and good, but what’s really needed after that is an investigation of the whole friggin’ Clinton Foundation access, influence, and money laundering operation.
This will move forward on the legal track for one and only one reason.
Obama and ValJar have determined to take down the Clinton Dynasty once and for all.
A few years ago the majority of Americans considered the Clinton Scandals--Whitewater, perjury, intimidation of witnesses, rape, sexual assault, the Brigadoon papers, blatant lies, etc., etc., etc.--to be Republican political assaults on the benevolent, honest, and altruistic Clintons.
The majority of Americans are sheep who believe whatever their rulers tell them to believe and follow their leaders directly into the abattoir!
“Majority of Americans” means nothing any more. The majority gave itself away in too many past elections.
