British Jihadis plan to blow up the Queen next weekend at an event to mark the anniversary of the end of the Second World War. The Mail on Sunday can reveal that police and MI5 are involved in a frantic race against time to thwart the assassination plot being orchestrated from Syria by Islamic State commanders. The extremists aim to strike on Saturday by exploding a deadly pressure cooker bomb during events in Central London to mark the 70th. anniversary of VJ Day - Victory in Japan.

The war in the pacific was very much the USA's war and veterans from the US are expected to be in attendance to be honored by those whose lives they saved from tyranny.

Not all Muslims in the UK are terrorists. Most of them just want to work and take care of their family.

I lived in Leicester for 15 years. A lot of them there, working in the light industry prevalent in the city.

Many came to the UK as a result of Idi Amin's purge in Uganda.

Most of the "open all hours" corner shops were run by them. As a group they never caused trouble.

I have always loved the Queen. My mother taught me to do so. My great-grandfather, an Irishman, fought with the British Army under Lord Kitchener so I have some roots going back to the Empire. I very often get mad at the Brits because of their seeming hatred for my country, but I adore the Queen!
