There’s zero doubt Trump has tapped into deeply felt betrayal by GOPe. We first the the House and it’s “we’ll right this ship as soon as we take the Senate.” We take the Senate and its “Well right this ship as soon as we recapture the Oval Office.” People are thoroughly sick of the uniparty and Trump is seen as the antidote. He may be a good protagonist now, but I think he is very dangerous because he has zero voting history to inspect and consider. To paraphrase Churchill, “He is a riddle, wrapped in a mystery, inside an enigma.”

I dont disagree with your FRiend but when I see Mitch McConnell saying the he will not shut down the government or defund planned parenthood I see a man that is totally bought. Its not for nothing that Cruz called McConnell a liar.
If it wasn't for Trump the beltway boys would be working on Cruz. Think of Trump as the missile and Cruz as the payload to take out the GOPe.
