The FBI investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton’s unsecured e-mail account is not just a fact-finding venture — it’s a criminal probe, sources told The Post on Wednesday.
The feds are investigating to what extent Clinton relied on her home server and other private devices to send and store classified documents, according to a federal source with knowledge of the inquiry.
“It’s definitely a criminal probe,” said the source. “I’m not sure why they’re not calling it a criminal probe.

The FBI ( what remains of it) doesn’t do anything else. That is what they do. “ CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS!!” Check out their website. What we have is a breach of NATIONAL SECURITY by hillary and humma Weiner and that other lacky aided and abetted by her lawyers, in my opinion, and when this government changes, they are all going to prison!!!

The FBI is going in to make sure all incriminating emails are completely erased before she’s forced to cough up the server.
They are just doing this so they can say after wards “See, we treated this like a criminal probe and found nothing, Clinton is squeaky clean” its a sham a total sham

Obama’s ideology is far closer to Barnie than Hillary. Of course if Hillary realizes this, she’ll reintroduce herself one more time.

Sounds great, but my guess is the ENTIRE motive of this is simply to get Hillary to QUIT.
After that’s accomplished they won’t lift a finger.
Sen Grassley needs to determine whether:
<><> (1) Abedin is still on the State Dept payroll collecting govt checks (an old bureaucratic trick), and,
<><> (2) whether Abedin violated 18 U.S.C.§1027; Abedin might have made false statements and colluded to conceal activities in relation to documents required by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974.
It is also possible that Abedin's collusion w/ Hillary, and other hidden offenses could include civil and/or criminal RICO violations. Hillary allowing Abedin's several employments could also involve BUT not be limited to:
<><> Title 18 U.S.C. §1341, Mail Fraud, 18 U.S.C.§1001, Presenting a False Document to an Agent of the US Government (involves several felonies and could include forgery);
Possibly infractions centering on RICO conspiracies under 18 U.S.C. §1962(c); investigations could be warranted because (1) the persons (2) were employed by or associated with an enterprise (3) that engaged in or affected interstate and international commerce and that (4) the persons operated or managed the enterprise (5) through a "pattern" (6) of racketeering activity, and (7) the taxpayers were injured by reason of the "pattern" of racketeering activity.
Alleged Offenses could include Violation of Title 18 U.S.C. §241 – Conspiracy Against Constitutional Rights – which prohibits in relevant part, “two or more persons (from conspiring) to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same . . .” See, 18 U.S.C. §241.
If what this article says is true, why hasn’t the FBI secured that server

Actually the FBI is not so much a criminal investigation organization as it is a political arm of the Progressives and RINOs becoming the US version of the KGB. All you need to prove that is by looking at the FBI hacks that investigated Fast and Furious (couldn’t find the Mexican border or DOJ gun runners), IRS, Petreus (took them 4 years to read a 100 page notebook), Benghazi (couldn’t find Libya for almost a year), touted DNA lab failed at 50% of cases submitted, and the list of incompetence and corruption grows by the day.
