Patreus And Clinton are two rather different situations that are not comparable. What Patreus did was clearly illegal. What Clinton did was not, but is debatable. Classifying after the fact is not her fault. Using a personal server is, thought, absurd and clearly done to circumvent government guidelines. That was wrong.
Clinton used really really poor judgment and she is a pathological liar plus I am not sure she did not violate laws. Some say she has!
