Nope, that is his twin brother, Scott, who is still active in the Astronaut corps and on a 1 year assignment on the ISS (Expedition 26). The two are the only twins and only siblings to have both traveled in space and as such, they will be studied to find differences between living on Earth and in space.

His brother is. It's a NASA experiment on twins. If he comes back any less stupid than his brother, it will prove zero-gravity is good for cognitive development.
