EPA Gets Another Much-Needed Smackdown From The Courts

nvironment: The rogue agency known as EPA has been slapped back by the Supreme Court for failing to consider the cost of a massive new regulation. What else is new?

So what? All they have to do is go back and “Consider the Cost” and then say we have considered the cost and there is no “Cost” too high to save the Children. EOS.

You have to think about judicial rulings and how they are ultimately enforced. A just legal system would abide by the ruling and comply, even bringing one of its own departments under control in doing that.

Here we have Obama’s EPA being handed a supposed setback by the court and the only agency that could rein EPA in and enforce it is the DoJ. Fat chance. EPA will enforce its rules because it has the power to do so, even in the face of this ruling. DoJ will do nothing.

The white house has already effectively declared that they would ignore the ruling but I suspect the ruling will slow them down considerably.

It’s always a pleasant surprise on those rare occasions when am entity of the federal government actually does the right thing.

This is going to stop them for what, six months? Well, not really. They will go through the motions in public as if they are complying with the ruling, while behind the scenes they will be intentionally advancing their plans, in direct defiance of the ruling.

The Obamunist regime will remain in power for at least the next year and a half. They have plenty of time to “fix” this. They will not let a Supreme Court ruling, or any court ruling for that matter, stand in the way of their agenda.

Imagine soulless EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy playing the role of Josef Stalin:

“How many divisions does the Supreme Court have?”

Remember what the Obamunist criminals did when they were ordered by a federal judge to stop their illegal immigration waivers? The government lawyers told the judge “OK, we will stop”, while the criminals at the DHS went right ahead and accelerated their flouting of the law. Not a single government criminal was fined or jailed or even got their pee-pee whacked.

Does anybody expect the criminals at the EPA to react any differently?
