So now any pastor or priest who will not perform a gay marriage is a criminal. I expect that we’ll hear that any such church will lose tax-exempt status, to bring them in line without jailing anyone yet.

That’s been the Plan all along - it’s already happening in Canada and Europe. I need a lawyer - I want to marry my cat, Kitty BooBoo.

How many preachers will say “The Bible says to obey the laws of the land.”

This is the beginning of the slide to S and G.

While some churches have, or claim to have, prophets, very few have profits. Most churches should have expenses equal to or greater than their income. Virtually everything they spend their money on is or should be deductible (at least until the Gaystapo re-writes the Internal Revenue Code), thus they would not have a TAXABLE income. Some churches may even be able to apply for special government freebies that they could not do as an exempt organization. When life gives you lemons make lemonade.

This will happen within the year. They’re winning big so they’re not going to let up.

Kennedy addressed that subject in the opinion. He said religious leaders would not be forced to perform same-sex ceremonies because they have a 1A right to religious objection. He did not address bakers & florists, etc.

...”I expect that we’ll hear that any such church will lose tax-exempt status”....

Many already addressed Scotus on that before the decision and are willing to forfeit their tax-exemption and will not comply with this decision.

That is exactly their next step and the next leftist shoe to fall on our heads. They've already been discussing doing it. This latest USSC ruling just makes it official re: their ability to go 'forward' with their plans and agenda to destroy the church in America. They will never, however, be able to destroy Christianity in America, no matter how hard they may try.
