WASHINGTON (AP) -- The Supreme Court on Thursday upheld the nationwide tax subsidies under President Barack Obama's health care overhaul, in a ruling that preserves health insurance for millions of Americans.
The justices said in a 6-3 ruling that the subsidies that 8.7 million people currently receive to make insurance affordable do not depend on where they live, under the 2010 health care law.

I'm not a lawyer but an average individual. but even I can see that there is nothing in the Constitution that upholds this 3000 page monstrosity called Obamacare. The Constitution limits the federal government and gives most of the power to the States and the people.

It’s been dead for a while now. I haven’t put my flag out on my house since 2008. It will be banned before we know it, replaced by the rainbow flag.
Just make sure you have options. Money in another country, some abode outside urban areas, cash or gold/silver in hand, a means to defend yourself just in case, etc....
Making it up as you go is the natural result of the worldview of Humanism.
Those who are alive today are far more capable of making decisions about laws and how to apply them than anyone in the past - ie, the founders and the Constitution.
