President Obama continued pressing for change of the nations gun laws, which he argues would help stop mass shootings that he says have become all too frequent.
He also signaled frustration with the National Rifle Association and gun manufacturers for blocking his proposed legislative efforts.
During an interview with the WTF Podcast, with Marc Maron, Obama complained that gun manufacturers reaped the benefits from shootings, based on the fear that the government would take away their guns.
Each time that these events occur, ironically, gun manufacturers make out like bandits, partly because of this fear thats churned up that the federal government and the black helicopters are all coming to get your guns, he said.

The anti-2ndamendment tyrants are going full steam ahead.
Someone should tell Bammy that every time he opens his mouth, gun makers make out like bandits.
Statists always hope to remove guns from the populace in order to make totalitarianism less opposable.
Imagine that, Obama talking about others making out like bandits.
As stated in your executive actions, Husayn...
Did Obama take credit for the gun manufacturer’s “making out like bandits” like he does for everything else?
If they do, it is because fascists like Obamugabe threaten gun ownership in the wake of these tragedies.
Between “global warming” and gun control, it sounds to me like Obama and the “pope” have tightly aligned their messaging. Marxists do that.
Clever. I like it.
That's because thugs like you never let a crisis go to waste and use each shooting as an excuse to wage war against honest law abiding Americans while doing nothing to address the root causes of all this violence.
How do gun manufacturers “make out like bandits” when they “didn’t build that.” According to the POSOTUS, the government had a hand in it... did it not?
Gov’t doesn’t want to take away our guns (initially).
They do want background checks and to register them.
They want to specify what type and how many we need.
When and where how they need to be dismantled or locked up.
After all this, they will come and take them.
Well then, stop staging them! (I love it when a false flag backfires)
Don’t bring a pen to a gunfight.
And after they come and take our guns, they come and take our property.
And after they come and take our property, the come and take our lives.
Absolute power corrupts absolutely.
Yes, because our fears are so unfounded....especially after he said this the day after the shooting:
We dont have all the facts, but we do know that, once again, innocent people were killed in part because someone who wanted to inflict harm had no trouble getting their hands on a gun.
Now is the time for mourning and for healing. But lets be clear:
At some point, we as a country will have to reckon with the fact that this type of mass violence does not happen in other advanced countries. It doesnt happen in other places with this kind of frequency. And it is in our power to do something about it.
I say that recognizing the politics in this town foreclose a lot of those avenues right now. But it would be wrong for us not to acknowledge it. And at some point its going to be important for the American people to come to grips with it, and for us to be able to shift how we think about the issue of gun violence collectively.
The NRA and gun manufacturers don’t make out like bandits.
You and your collective JBT’s make political hay out of these tragedies.
It costs you nothing to speak yoir evil words but, real Americans are frightened by your words, intent and actions.
You are proposing something that is contrary to our founding and ideals.
This government, unlike any in history, was founded by the people and for the people.
You D . Ick heads work for us and we ain’t having any of your phoney social constructs.
Since when do you take away the rights of everyone because of a few?
When one of your kids does something, do you punish both of them?
There is no appetite for your proposals because, We the People, reject your idiocy.
