Does someone have to file with the FEC if they do not accept any contributions, nor assign contributions to anyone?

Don’t sell Donald Trump short—its a mistake to underrate his message or his honest approach. He may not win, but he will Shake things up in ways we can only imagine at this point in time. He’s no ones fool.
