As to the NCVS data, sounds like credible evidence, thanks, though it is based on surveys by the US Census bureau, using a similar methodology that they use to produce the monthly unemployment rates, so I can’t say that NCVS is an unimpeachable source.
I still don’t understand why you say that it is very rare for blacks to be victims of white violence when your own statistics say that it happens more than 60,000 times a year.
