No, I’ll bet you’ll find that the weird hair was a wig. It hangs over his face so surveillance cameras can’t get a clear view. Most robbers now seem to wear a cap with a bill to conceal themselves from overhead video cameras, for example, but since he was going into a church, he probably didn’t want to call attention to himself by keeping a hat on.
