Yeah, he wants to vote for TPA so he can vote against TPP (as it will then be a slam dunk). Disingenuous?!
TPP will likely not come up for vote until late 2016, just before election. Given the number of folks who want to get re elected, TPP will not pass!
However, if TPA is passed, it will be in place for almost 5 more years for a Republican President.
