The very fastest way to solve this problem is to take the advice of the Chief of Police of Detroit. He told the public to arm themselves, and apparently they took his advice, and crime plummeted 37% in a single year.
The people *are* the police. The uniformed police just help.

With the new HUD rules, I can't wait until all these peaceful and hardworking citizens are moved into free housing in our neighborhoods. At least then they'll be motivated to work hard, improve their lives, and become productive citizens like the rest of us because we all know their physical environment trumps all else. I can hardly wait for the new diversity!

The people probably have IQs in the 70s and arent’ being treated like that in school. The “community” is a nothing of the kind. They whine that the cops are harassing them and then whine when the cops aren’t around. Reap what you sow.

A D.A. that doesn't need no sticking Grand Jury to indict officers for murder and less.
Officers just following the the mayor's trans-social policy, under threat of arrest for doing their jobs by the D.A..
