I've never been a moderator here, but when I posted, I was thinking primarily of the ping to the Religion Moderator, who doesn't "patrol" the other forums.

In terms of those rules, I'm primarily thinking of "liar." The Religion Forum rules will probably consider such an accusation a form of "making it personal," but I've never heard of that rule applying specifically to the News Forum as well. The use of "liar" here may qualify as a "personal attack" in what you quoted, but there's a somewhat different set of rules in the News Forum, and I wouldn't pretend to know how the rule applies in this case.

I won't ask you to repeat what you consider profanity if you'd prefer not to quote it. I looked at the chain of reply posts, though, and didn't see what I'd consider profanity. (I did see a possible example elsewhere in this thread.)
