Recent research by the climate analysts suggests that Mount Everest by the end of this century would be free from its glaciers. Located in Nepal, Mount Everest is reported to be the tallest mountain on the earth with the recorded height of 29,029 feet. The tallest mountain is situated on the border of Nepal and China. But the good news is, the vast majority of people alive today will be dead by then, so nobody will need to say “sorry” when the glaciers are still there on 1/1/2100

Even if they melt, so what?

Where I currently live was once under several miles of ice and snow. The glaciers receded and on the whole, that was a good thing.

The glaciers which covered much of the Midwest United States also disappeared long long ago so it doesn’t really surprise me if other glaciers are slowly moving toward the same fate.

So if the present +0.2C increase since the beginning of this century which has been holding steady for the last 17 years continues, weren’t these glaciers pretty much doomed anyway? Or are they adding more special sauce to their predilections?

Sure they may. Or they may be the same, or they may be more. Nobody knows.

One thing’s for sure though: Humans will have no affect on whatever may be.

If the story is true we need to hunt all the polar bears and eat them to prevent them from suffering.
