Well it seems to be that the ashes of the troop could be placed, per regulations, in the columbarium.

I agree. Also, I don’t know for sure, but couldn’t he be buried in another national cemetery other than Arlington?. I know I’m in the minority here, but I believe the regulations should be adhered to.
