I'm using the latest IE browser, I already followed the troubleshooting steps by disabling Active X filtering, yada, yada, etc, but no luck.

Talk me through it if you can, but I'm hitting the hay and will check your instructions out in the AM :-)

Thanks!

01. ) In IE 11, click the little gear in the upper-right.

02. ) Click “Manage add-ons”.

03. ) “Toolbars and Extensions” should already be highlighted in the left column. It may take a moment to populate the list.

04. ) Look under “Adobe Systems Incorporated” in the list for “Shockwave Flash Object” then look in the “Status” column to see if it is enabled or disabled.

05. ) Right-click it to enable or disable.

06. ) While you are there you may want to check everything in the “Toolbars and Extensions” category.

05. ) You may also want to check the other “Search Providers”, “Accelerators”, “Tracking Protection” and “Spelling Correction” in the “Add-Ons Type” column.

06. ) Good luck! ;-)
