There are actually quite a few of them on the books under various names and ranging from fed to local jurisdictions. Michael Savage read a few on air a couple of months ago when Fergusson was in full flower. Lots of typical legalese, but quite broad in scope regarding funding, participation and so forth. When he was done, it was pretty clear that if the law was actually enforced, people like Sharpton would be locked up for centuries.
