A spokesperson with the FBI confirmed the agency was performing a "law enforcement action" in a west Las Vegas Valley neighborhood.
The action was first reported Tuesday morning in the area of Arroyo Avenue and Cedarspring Drive, near Rainbow Boulevard and West Tropicana Avenue.
An FBI representative did not immediately elaborate on the context of the activity.

A person argued to me today that we are still in a soft tyranny because the feds are not hauling people off to gulags. I said it won’t happen. They are smarter than that. They need to have us productive and gulags do not support that.

I remember when I looked at my flag with pride and honor for what it represented. I have lived or worked on five different continents and knew where that flag flew over an embassy or consulate there was justice and refugee beneath that flag.
Sadly I can no longer say this. That flag represents a great nation of the past with justice. Today that flag flies over a corrupt judiciary, legislature, and executive. That flag no longer represents The Constitution of the United States. That flag is a wrap that the enemies of our constitution wrap themselves in as they claim they are patriots.
Today I will not fight for that flag as what it presently represents is a corrupt government. I will gladly lay down my life for that flag to restore it "for which it stands, one nation under god with liberty and justice for all."
Our Constitution is in great danger. Defend it, Defend it, Defend it, least you be the vassal of the state!
