A House panel Tuesday formally requested Hillary Clinton to testify about the private server and email account she used while serving as secretary of state.
Rep. Trey Gowdy, chairman of the Select Committee on Benghazi, sent a request to Clinton's personal attorney, David E. Kendall, requesting that Clinton appear before the committee no later than May 1 for a transcribed interview about the server and email.
The request comes after Kendall told Gowdy that the server had been wiped clean and that it would be impossible to recover the 30,000 emails Clinton deleted last year.
Gowdy, in his request to Kendall, also asked Clinton to "reconsider" her refusal to turn over the server to a neutral third party, which he called "highly unusual, if not unprecedented."
Clinton said she only deleted personal emails and turned over every work-related message to the State Department, which is reviewing the data to filter out classified information.
"Because of the Secretary's unique arrangement with herself as it relates to public records during and after her tenure as Secretary of State." Gowdy wrote, "this Committee is left with no alternative but to request Secretary Clinton appear before this Committee for a transcribed interview to better understand decisions the Secretary made relevant to the creation, maintenance, retention, and ultimately deletion of public records."

Hillary is the dumbest woman alive. How unfortunate so many have lost theirs to keep her and her flying monkeys flush in cash.
LOL! Anyone remember the head banging incident? Didn’t she have some minor concussion or something? Could cause some temp amnesia. “Computer? What’s a computer?”
What happens when she ignores the subpoena demand?

Then, call in everyone who had e-mail addresses on Hillary!’s account, put them under oath and grill them.
And subpoena all of their e-mails.
Lemme guess, I bet she’ll first make a stop on “Oprah Winfrey” or “The View” to tell stories about her grandkid and related things and get both the Peg Bundy and Alicia Florrick types behind her no matter what take place in all of this.
She’ll ignore this request. She knows Republicans are all bark and no bite.
Nothing, as usual.
She's dead on this issue if it is rightly pursued in the correct way prosecutorially and with the right technology.
And remember Hillary had no oversight while SOS.

To which she will formally deny. Subpoena her cankled butt with threat of arrest if she does not comply! Send SWAT to her house to retrieve any evidence. And make sure they have plenty of flash-bangs, tear gas and zip ties!
That would happen only if the republicans wanted to proceed to a conviction. This is showtime so we’ll think the GOP is “doing something”.
If they had really wanted to do something they’d issue a warrant and federal marshals would seize the servers, six or seven months ago when they “first learned” that Clinton’s email address was not @state.us.gov, which apparently nobody had noticed for a few years.
