Hillary Clinton did not hand over new documents to the House panel investigating Benghazi and wiped her server clean of past emails, the committee’s chairman said in a statement Friday.
Clinton did not provide correspondence or emails to the Select Committee on Benghazi, Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.), said, even though the former secretary of state was under a subpoena, issued early this month, for all correspondence from Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state that focused on Libya and Benghazi.

This is the proverbial fork in the road.
Someone needs to stand up and to the right thing....a leadership moment so to speak. The nation is starving for it, and I believe the first person to order her arrest would become immediate Presidential material simply because it seems nobody has balls anymore to do what is right.
Meanwhile, the illegal xenofreeloaders want to make her queen for eight years. When America finally falls, I hope it falls REALLY HARD AND IT REALLY HURTS. We deserve it.
Rapes, felonies, misdemeaners,........ Just another small hurdle for a Clinton to jump over time after time.
I will campaign to see she never sets foot in the White House again.
That’s what I’ve been thinking lately. Our government is not longer a government of horrible politicians. They have become really good criminals.
Nothing really new here. Hillary is a deceitful criminal and she will not be prosecuted. Gowdy is out of luck. She is under the umbrella of the communists protection gang headed by King Obama.

Anybody who has worked for the federal government knows they make you sign papers on employment that includes amongst other things, severe penalties for stealing so much as a pencil. Also, all communications electronic or otherwise are considered goverment property. At the very least, Hillary has destroyed government property, which in itself carries penalties of fines and/or prison time.

Those emails will surface in due time. The techie should get himself a bodyguard and a food taster in case hillary can’t grasp how many ways he can store and distribute them.
HC, has a record of losing/destroying documents, I recall the Rose Law Firm documents, that she had in a closet, but misplaced them....
Well, that could and should be taken of a guilty plea.
Do they think we’re all morons out here? It is impossible to “wipe a server clean”.
The laws are for us, not them.

Deleting files doesn’t mean they are unrecoverable. Even reformatting doesn’t mean complete obliteration.
Send the Sgt at Arms to seize her and the server.
