Yes, but the Senate care is still a version of ObamaCare, iirc.

Isn’t it the law that now you MUST have health care? He doesn’t have any choice, I don’t think, if his wife no longer has legally sufficient coverage.

I don’t think it’s possible any more to just go out and buy your own insurance policy from an insurance company.

If I’m all wet on this, then someone please set me straight.

No. They have to sign up for ObamaCare, I think.

I believe they tried to exempt themselves.

Cruz is legally-required to sign up, since he no longer has insurance through his wife.
