Its mainly a hypothesis though there are a substantial large number of questionable cases that appear to have connections throught activism backt to the WH...recent shootings in Ferguson, the Navy Yard sgooting, and the Sandy Hook are but a few of many where there are just too many coincidences to be overlooked. There are far more but I don’t know of a centralized database that has the data in one location yet...
