- The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) wants hotels to monitor how much time its guests spend in the shower. The agency is spending $15,000 to create a wireless system that will track how much water a hotel guest uses to get them to modify their behavior.
Hotels consume a significant amount of water in the U.S. and around the world, an EPA grant to the University of Tulsa reads. Most hotels do not monitor individual guest water usage and as a result, millions of gallons of potable water are wasted every year by hotel guests. -

That would probably be a very safe bet. Either that or some other patel from Pakistan or a chinee or juan from colombia or ... just about anybody not from here or remotely white.
We already have far too many drivers on the road with MJ in their system.
Hemp doesn't get one high - it has trace to zero amounts of THC. Somebody's "Marijuana MAD" all right.
I take baths.
Must save photo before the wife sees it!
Why do they lie to us like this???
Enviro-Steroidal Nanny State PING!
When I was doing a lot of traveling I would hang some of my clothes in the bathroom and run a hot shower, with the door closed,to steam out the wrinkles.
It worked but it would sure foul up their study.
.
I did the same and washed socks in the sink and dried them by sticking them on the end of a hairdryer.
“——dried them by sticking them on the end of a hairdryer.”
Very, very clever-——I have dried things on heated bathroom floors, though. (After wiping down the floor,of course.)
Nice dragonfly.
OMG, I just realized there are two women in the picture!
A lie told often enough. Becomes the truth...
Are these ‘hotels’ not located in cities and towns that have waste water treatment plants? Why do Commies assume that the minute water goes down a drain it is lost and gone forever?
Our local plant is always yappin’ about how they’re able to ‘reclaim’ something like 99% of any water used for anything at any time within the city limits!
This stuff is ridiculous - said she, sittin’ on the well cap of her 300’ deep, crystal clear water well...as she looked across the road at her lake.
*SMIRK* ;)
Id could give you a psychological breakdown on it...but suffice it to say that I suspect that it has something to do with their questionable toilet training
Thanks for the ping!
the thousands of Rabbinical Laws never approached this level of finicky insanity
Im thinking that a conservative candidate who really wanted to set things STRAIGHT might want to consider include eliminating the EPA...in his campaign
THE EPA ..IS RESPONSIBLE for the virtual destruction of several industries in this nation...with more on their agenda.
the cost of damage done to our economy and social structure dwarfs the monumental amount of money they have simply wasted.
we have to get rid of that vampire
So not true that I use more water in hotels. I turn off the sink faucet, same as at home. I try to avoid the shower at all costs — unless I’m staying more than the night. The environmental shower heads have so little pressure, I don’t feel that clean anyway. So, I use water at home before my trip, and after, but not at most hotels. We usually even bring in our own bottled water to drink.
