That Schock blasts Judy Garland records over the loudspeaker in his district offices might raise a red flag (and I don’t mean the chirpy early version of “Somewhere Over The Rainbow”, but the latter-day “been there, done that, got the t-shirt” heartbreak version which just brings even straight men to tears with the pain in her voice and... yeah).
