In Fergusons case it's blacks against cops......but for them they just need a reason to do what they want as I see it....it's a culture that needs to change it's violent behavior and recognize it as so. Wouldn't work...any perimeter they'd still lash out in time or make the police attach them.....it's a violent vitim minded culture.......they seek being victims and will do whatever is necessary to project that including turning on their own to make it look like someone else did it...they incite violence time and again...it is their culture to do so.
