You have to read the Koran in context. Notice particularly the corrupt addition to the Bible narrative in 68-70 that completely changes the story, reinforced with a more recent islamic example in 80-81:

As Dr. Ben Carson pointed out in a very politically incorrect manner the other day, some circumstances can facilitate an easy transition into the habit. Does this explain every case, maybe not, but it is noteworthy.

A number of things could be read into vv. 68ff, and in the context it doesn’t sound like that. Even in the Koran’s rendition.
