When the other side knows he won’t risk shutting down anything, there is really no bluff to call. Our great moron told them exactly how to win in every single budget fight. Just hold out for everything you want and he will always cave before ‘shutdown’.
One has to wonder if even John’s family respects him.
The GOP is desperately afraid of being “blamed” for the shutdown. You can’t even convince them that they won in 2014 after shutting down the government in 2013.
