My guess is jailhouse chow and no access to drugs led to what appears to be a 20-40 lb weight gain. With the testimony from the prosection psychiatrist, I sincerely hope the jury finds this piece of filth guilty.
Jailhouse chow will not give you enough calories to turn into a fat tub of lard like this man has. Someone is either feeding him psych drugs (which will), or he’s got a big fat store account in the prison canteen, (paid for by his VA benefits), and Routh is stuffing himself with honey buns.
