THIS IS THE HONEST TRUTH: I have been looking at beer cheese soup recipes online, off an on, all day today. Trying to find one that will work for a potluck and in the slow-cooker. Thanks for this post.

My introduction to beer cheese soup was when I moved to Wisconsin, my friend that I was staying with owned a restaurant/bar that his wife actually ran, and I had a bottomless bowl, and full access to the bar.

Spending all day, every day in a bar with free beer and free beer cheese soup, it was rather nice.
