I dont know about smart money but 1 of 2 things happens. He squeaks by as most are gutless cowards as I an others have long bitched about, or he loses decisively in a mass revolt.

I go with squeaks by in kabuki theater.

It was all theater. Boehner is doing what the beltway GOP wants. So they made him Speaker again.

Until a patriot pulls a Tom Steyer and promises $100 million to defeat RINOs this will continue. That would change some votes. Guaranteed.
