The Breitbart news guy on Twitter (@dboyle1) says that Daniel Webster is now running for speaker. I think that’s an extremely positive sign, as many reps have said this is someone they would support. I also think he wouldn’t have put his name in if there were not a fairly good chance that Boehner didn’t have it locked.
Thats what staunch right wing conservatives voted for with their lesser evil/no mater what idiocy. Principled leadership was a ‘purist’ idea and we all know that ‘purists’ are scum. So they should all love what they fought for.
