It’s not a slowdown — it’s a virtual work stoppage.

NYPD traffic tickets and summonses for minor offenses have dropped off by a staggering 94 percent following the execution of two cops — as officers feel betrayed by the mayor and fear for their safety, The Post has learned.

The dramatic drop comes as Police Commissioner Bill Bratton and Mayor de Blasio plan to hold an emergency summit on Tuesday with the heads of the five police unions to try to close the widening rift between cops and the administration.

The unprecedented meeting is being held at the new Police Academy in Queens at 2 p.m., sources said.

Angry union leaders have ordered drastic measures for their members since the Dec. 20 assassination of two NYPD cops in a patrol car, including that two units respond to every call.

The Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association has warned its members to put their safety first and not make arrests “unless absolutely necessary.”

And no arrests of Holder's people...

Perhaps the protestors and Al “Loud Mouth” Sharpton can patrol the streets....

There is no way I would live or work in that socialist den of corruption...

“How long before the unspoken will occur in leo circles? Black perp? Look away for fear of prosecution.”

The above was part of a comment I made at the post linked below that I put up a short time ago.

Lets just say that traffic tickets are non-existent for three or four months...what’s that relate to in lost income for the city? And the bigger question....how exactly would they react in a year if they were missing $100 million in cop-generated income (loot might be a better word)?

I guess they've got the mayor's full attention.

Nothing short of the commie's resignation will rectify THIS situation

Every passing minute deepens the wound.

Remember how pissed off you were, in real time, after you got fired, or after some wrong was done to you?

Remember how long it took for you to 'get over it' or repent or whatever ?

Multiply that by thousands (of personalities, some not as cool as yours) and you get an idea of what has happened to NYC

It is not a difficult extension to expand the dissatisfaction across the nation and NOW we can see the state we are in.

Satan is laughing his ass off

I have been wondering that myself. When gaping holes start to appear in the money flow, will there be an over-reaction to "make up" that revenue? My bet is the decent citizenry (i.e., safer areas) will catch the brunt of it and find themselves being micro-managed by laws they hardly knew existed. Secondary to all this is the message being sent; "Keep up the attempts on cops lives and thugs can create "no-go" zones and operate with impunity".

How many in NYC voted for the current mayor? How many voted for LIBs/DIMs? I guess you reap what you sow. So sad...so sad. (Note to self: cancel the tourist trip to NYC that I didn’t have planned anyway)

They should simply stop going into black neighborhoods except to scoop up dead bodies.

And make it clear that black males will not be arrested for any reason.

For the most part, liberals are insulated from their words and actions. As such, it’s been interesting to watch the response of the puke NYC mayor since his wishes came true.
