What good could be gained by taunting Putin while he is down?

Scorched earth. He's determined to leave an absolute unfixable disaster for the incoming congress. Impeachment should be their first order or business come January.

Without a conviction, impeachment is worthless. Can you really imaging McConnell strong-arming enough democrat Senators for the appropriate number of votes (is it 60 or 67?) for conviction? For that matter, can you imagine McConnell, et al, even voting for conviction? But you are right, Obama is a disaster and is destroying our country.
