This is the real reason Obama is normalizing relations with Cuba. Gitmo will be “given back” to the Cubans instead of paying rent in arrears ( USA has sent annual rent checks for 50 years and none of them have been cashed).

This can be done WITHOUT Congress,as an administrtative act, which will pi$$ a lot of people off.
